Instructions
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Dough:
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into 8 triangles.
- Add Filling:
- Place one cube of mozzarella and one cube of cheddar at the wide end of each triangle Sprinkle with Italian herbs and chopped chives or parsley if using.
- Roll:
- Roll up each triangle starting at the wide end and tuck the ends to seal the cheese inside.
- Arrange:
- Arrange the rolls on the prepared baking sheet seam side down.
- Apply Topping:

- Add Parmesan:
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake:
- Bake for 13–15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
